I got the L (US S/UK 48) long Sleeve shirt. I have a 38" chest, 15" neck and sleeve length of 33". This shirt fits nicely and looks good. The sleeve length is right. The overall shirt length is a little short, not a shirt that I would tuck in. It is a little snug when I am sitting down. I will probably go up one size in the future.
