I am 6'3 and I weigh around 205. I bought this in XL because I figured that the large may have been too snug. The XL fits me just a bit loose but not bad at all. Always looking for more blue/navy shirts that I can wear to work at Wal-Mart and I got some nice compliments on the shirt at work. The length on the XL was perfect even for a taller guy like myself.
