I'm quite a thin chap at 6'0" and a meager 145 pounds, and just for the record, the "Large (US Medium)" fit's absolutely perfectly. I can't stress how comfortable this jacket is either, It looks fantastic too, I've had plenty of stares from both jealous males, and swooning females. This thing is beautiful, I prefer this over my $250 Calvin Clein PEA Coat! DEFINITELY shopping with TheLees in the future. Shipping was practically overnight to America.
